Job description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will develop and/or aid with policy and procedure development to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility in order to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.

You will plan for conducting systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews.

You will develop systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.

You will ensure rigorous application of cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all IT services.

You will facilitate the gathering, analysis, and preservation of evidence in the prosecution of computer crimes as required.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of information systems, developing system contingency and disaster recovery plans, participating in network and systems design, promoting awareness of cybersecurity principles, and planning for systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews.
