Adobe’s Global Internal Audit team mission is to provide independent, objective internal audit, assurance and advisory services designed to add value and improve the operations of Adobe. Our objective is to provide in-house assurance and advisory services to the audit committee and management that will assist in improving the organization’s governance, risk management and control processes.

Adobe is seeking a dynamic Technology Audit Leader to join our Global Internal Audit (Risk Advisory & Assurance Services) Organization. This position will ensure IT governance and risks are appropriately managed across Adobe’s processes, systems and new business initiatives and cand idates must have good insight and understanding of the Technology and Cyber Security risks in line with regulatory and other compliance requirements. The candidate should be able to adapt, partner effectively and communicate with cross functional stake holders across the organization. The position will be based in Adobe’s San Jose Headquarters and will report to the VP of Global Internal Audit.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess technology risks across the organization working closely with Corporate IT, Engineering, corporate BU and functional leaders;
  • review and assess the technology environments, risks, and controls related to information confidentiality, integrity, availability and privacy
  • Lead Information Technology (IT) Security audits and reviews involving strategy, implementation, support, and software/hardware optimization related to security, privacy, and business resilience
  • Subject Matter Expert on IT Security Audits – Networks, Operating Systems, Applications
  • Drive Enterprise Risk Assessments (ERM) and other RA activities across the organization
  • Keep abreast of organization polices, processes and changes and proactively lead assurance engagements to address key technology risk areas
  • End to End Cyber Security Reviews and assessments – Security Architecture reviews, Design and work flows assessments, Configuration reviews, VA/PT etc.
  • Present insightful executive summaries and dashboards to share overall Technology risk posture to the audit committee and management
  • Scoping, planning, designing the approach for the regulatory assessments & audits (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP etc.)
  • Lead the IT Sox Program by evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of all IT SOX Controls
  • Coach, develop and mentor staff and provide ongoing support and guidance

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree –Computer Science, Technology, IT Risk Management/Governance, Business Administration
  • Recognized accounting/auditing/information system certifications (e.g. CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP)
  • Working knowledge of information security & Governance frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliances like SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS and ability to use such in audit projects
  • Experience auditing SAP products (ECC, CRM, HANA, CC & CM) and SaaS applications like SFDC, Ariba, Aria and others.
  • Hands on experience auditing Next-Gen technologies such as RPA, IPA and AI.
  • Strong knowledge of Privacy by Design, auditing data privacy and corresponding controls
  • Strong experience in auditing cloud -based technologies, policies, configurations and rulesets. Experience in auditing AWS and Azure together with experience in auditing and reviewing Technology controls for Applications and Services in cloud -built environments.
  • Hands on experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VA/PT): AppSec and Infrastructure
  • Proven experience on driving and managing specialized engagements like Wireless Security audits, Corporate Network & Firewalls security reviews, OS & Infrastructure audits, API Security, DLP audits etc.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives, BU & functional leaders, technologist and staff.
  • Experience in managing Technology Audit function for a large Software/Product company
  • Agile with excellent analytical skills along with ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple commitments in line with the overall objectives
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills together with
  • Executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate both formally and informally
